Really like Bates' game. Long player who can play D in addition to having a sweet outside shot (he's a lefty) and a very good handle. Plays with KC Run GMC (Mitch Ballock and others played there)

Would be a good get. With him on an official visit this early, I think that's a good sign. His other offers are from Abilene Christian, Missouri St, Wichita St, St Louis, and K-State. I can see a KC pipeline forming because Mitch and Christian are from that deck of the woods.
