Creighton will host the 6-3 SG from South Dakota this week.

Busting Brackets thinks Creighton would be best fit for his services https://bustingbrackets.com/2018/04/17/ncaa-basketball-ranking-grad-transfer-matt-mooneys-top-5-teams/

From the article, great shooter, but appears that perimeter defense might be an issue. Yep, sounds like our kind of guy

Probably won't take the post exams visits. Should choose between us and Northwestern.

Matt Mooney talks Creighton, Northwestern and Texas Tech (April 29 interview):

I'm no prognosticator, but based solely on this interview - it seems like Northwestern is the very slight favorite. Again, that's just my feel, and I was once wrong about something, so it could happen again. But I sure hope it's Creighton. I'd hate to strike out on an above-average grad transfer market, when the need and opportunity were there.

I'm no prognosticator (of any repute), nor Vivid, but in the article it seems to me Creighton has a slight edge. I'll get my eyeglass prescription checked, but he'll probably choose the Jays. I've had aberrant rare miscalculations in judgement, but never wrong.

I agree. Problem is schools are running out of schollies and Taz's situation guarantee is weighing on some of these guys minds. Tough for them to wait.

Are we the only team going after transfers that has an important player weighing the NBA draft? I really doubt it. Even with Taz back, we desperately need scoring and someone who can create their own shot.

You will be surprised with our returnees on who can step up when they have that opportunity. We have some players and all of them are going to be vastly improved from last year and the game is going to come much easier to them. Not worried.

I'm shocked that gtmo has not broke out the talk about someone dropping their schollie to become a walk-on.
