Wing Eric Paschall (Villanova Verbal Commit)

Postby R Jay » Tue Mar 24, 2015 10:17 am

The 6'6 A-10 rookie of the year announced he *might* transfer following the firing of his head coach.
It will be interesting to see if Creighton gets involved.

Averaged 16 ppg, good for fourth in NCAA D1 amongst freshman, to go along with 6 rebounds. Seems he's a tweener forward. Not a good outside shooter, but did can 81% of his free throws. Athletic. Wish I had watched more of Fordham this year, but you figure he still has room for improvement considering his age

Eric will probably find suitors in any conference. It doesn't help our depth at the 3/4 is pretty solid to begin with for the foreseeable future (Harrell, Gilmore, Huff, Hegner). We could definitely use him in '16-'17, just don't know if he would transfer to a school where minutes could be an issue. That, plus no open scholarships atm

Committed to Villanova. Will sit out the 2015-16 season and be eligible in 2016-17.
