I listen to 1620 at work, and they have been running promos for this website. I guess how it works is that if there is a recruit that you want for your school, you "pledge" donations for that recruit to attend your school. If that recruit chooses your school, the pledged donations are donated to your school. It must be a new concept, and I thought it was an interesting idea. I checked out the website and there were no recruits listed for CU basketball, which didn't surprise me. I checked Nebraska football just out of curiosity and there are a few recruits listed that had some donations, including one that was over $500.
I'm not sure how I feel about this. Just curious if anyone else has checked this website out.
