Not that much out there on him, but he looks like he is to Idaho HS hoops what Zach Hanson was to South Dakota HS hoops. Like Barford, he's definitely an under-the-radar guy. We can't compete well in the Big East with a roster full of such guys, but if we occasionally land the right kid that our staff really likes, it can work. It's near impossible to imagine a day where all 13 of our scholarships will be given to 4 to 5 star kids, and even kind of hard to imagine having 13 3 to 5 star kids.

Since both Barford and Wright are PGs, it looks like the staff is less optimistic about signing one of our top PG targets than they are about getting a top SG or SF target or two. Of course, as much has been suggested on this board for awhile.

Landing Top 25 guys IS a big push, but landing Top 150 4's and 3's is a very doable thing.
Given the Jays average about 3 spots per year, in a given 4-5 year period it is very conceivable
to have 4-7 4 star and 3-6 3 star players. For discussions sake let's say over the next 4 years we landed 4 4-star and 6 3-star players.
That still leaves 3 spots open for project players. Very doable.

It wasn't that long ago we had 3-4 4 star players on the roster, It's just that Most of them didn't work out
(Scout 4star- Kenny Lawson, Rivals 4 stars- Morrison, Stinnett, Bock, and Echenique). With improved selection for fit as
well as talent, the Jays will get our players. As pointed out in a recent article (and lambasted on this board) a team needs both -
TALENT and fit, in order to consistently win at a high level.

Found some info here: http://boisehoopdreams.com/22-isaiah-wright/

Also found a youtube video of his team's 2012 championship game http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1d2yPKTgrTM

He has a very quick first step and can completely lose his man.

Nice looking player with a college-ready body and I believe that if that is the championship game from 2012 then he was only a soph. I would imagine he may be a little bigger by now.

Have a great visit Isaiah!!

Any of you Minnesotans have a membership to the Minnesota Rivals site? They look to have a couple of different threads on their pay board about Wright and their moderator was tweeting last night that he has "big news" about Wright....
