His coach is reporting he committed to UN-Lincoln. Too bad, on to the next kid.

Who's next? No, really? Justin Robinson? Doesn't seem likely. Chad Lott? Ty Hudson? Roosevelt Smart? Desure Buie? Galen Robinson? Besides Justin Robinson, none of them are anywhere close to Watson. Sorry. I doubt any of those options could step in as a backup to Mo Watson in their freshman year.

Damn, tough loss. Ty Hudson would be nice but he's a longshot IMO.

Chill out dude.

I disagree with you. Our PG play is set for the next three years. In that time we will find good kids to carry on the CU PG tradition. These kids we are looking at are good players. They don't need to step in and be stars right away. If you haven't seen Mo Wateon yet you won't believe how good he is. A freshman needs to play 8-10 minutes.

UN-Lincoln needed this kid a lot more than CU because their latest set of PG's have been busts.

Not worried here at all. Even if we dont get a PG commit this class we are still fine. IZ is more then capable of playing back up minutes to MO watson. Would be ideal to land one this year however. Go jays

I agree w LJay. Not sour grapes but Mo Watson is our PG for the next 2 seasons. He is better than anyone else NU has on their roster at PG. Had we not gotten Mo to transfer here, than yes we would be in a world of trouble. We do need another in this class, a solid, adequate one.

so - we're used to beating nebrsketball for pretty much everything: recruits, national media attention, fan support, as well as on the court.

#BOOM...Watson is N...and CU doesn't get more fan support...take off the blue sunshades.

In Omaha, maybe...nationwide, not a chance...haven't you seen the map showing CU as the most hated team in Nebraska?

That's good, I like being hated. Hated teams are relevant.
