With Lukas K committing to UConn, has the staff mentioned any new candidates at the PF/C?

Mac said we aren’t done and specifically mentioned a “”2nd semester transfer”?

Could it be?? Nah. That saga is strange enuf, without a transfer. Would Nike give up $100K??

3 top 150 recruits (#105 Zegarowski, #128 Bishop, #131 Froling) per 247 composite, #2 class in Big East, #27 national ranking.

Froling is coincidentally only 1 spot behind Ian Steere in the 247 PF rankings. He's also only 1 spot from being considered a 4 star PF by the 247 composite score (currently 30th, 29th and up are 4/5 stars). This is a tremendous recovery by the staff after the Steere debacle.

Mac seems to be hitting his stride in finding very good players that fit his system. Over the last 2 classes we have a tremendous foundation to work with of size and shooting.

2017
Alexander
Ballock
Epperson

2018
Zegarowski
Bishop
Froling

All of which are top 150 type of players (high 3 star / 4 star).

In an ideal world, Mac would find a 'swing for the fences type" to replace Marcus's scoring punch after this year.

Add that to what we have coming back and we look strong next year.

Very exciting times to be a Jay!

I think we need a bucket getter to possibly replace Marcus. But we're going to have a ton of guards; Thomas, Mintz, Alexander, Ballock, Zegarowski, Joseph and Jefferson.
