Fiddler put up one hell of a line in their loss to SDSU in the 1st round of the Summit: 34 points, 11-18, 3-3 from 3 and 9-10 from FT line  . SDSU is 28-4 and will probably be a 12/13 seed team if they win their tournament.

interesting prospect... 6'5 215. He's pretty quick in his highlights and can elevate and finish through contact. Definitely has the physical profile of a BE guard.

His shooting is a bit questionable though. Went 44% from the floor in 20-21, then 36% this season. He went 1-8 against Colorado, the only high major team Milkwaukee played...Milwaukee in general was pretty bad last year, going 8-14 in the Horizon and losing their first round tourney game. You wonder if he was put in a position to fail by having to do too much on a bad team. Or if he simply tried to do too much and made them worse with his low efficiency scoring..

Will be interesting to see if CU is interested in him after Hansen was let go last night. I'm not sure he has the makeup of a BE guard type, but his stat lines from this year are enticing for sure.

A talented kid for sure. I'm not sure where he would fit with our offense. Would he play the 3? I recall the staff being very high on Mason Miller when talking about his redshirt season (comparing him to Patton) and saying he's athletic enough to play the 3. So I would assume he steps in to start for Hawk, or splits 3/4 time with Trey playing 2/3 and Kaluma at the 4. So I'm wondering how we could work Fiddler into the rotation. It would be a nice problem to have for sure.

You're probably right - not enough minutes to go around for Frankie to make a significant impact. Miller looks so much bigger than he did when he stepped foot on campus, I'm excited to see what he brings in terms of production next year.

Nice vid on Gholston... Don't know the narrator from Adam, but he gives some advice
for Gholston for next season.

Fidler looks really good - and a local from Bellevue West, to boot.

Is that our Nick Ferrarini on Omaha's roster?

What do you mean by "our"? He's Ross and Steven's brother, yes. Started at Wayne State before transferring to walk on at Omaha.

I bet he literally thought Nick played for Creighton, even though it was Steven and he played for the Jays nearly 10 years ago. Cmon Gtmo up your game!

(A funny note, auto correct changed “gtmo” to “ Gomorrah” for me!)

AJ Green is likely leaving UNI. 2x MVC POTY off-guard. His father was assistant under both Mac and Jacobsen. Would instantly fill the experience role that AOC is leaving.
