I noticed before his visit that he follows grad assistant Ty Nurse on Twitter. It looks like Ty is from Canada, also. That’s a plus.

Also on the plus side, BE venues are an awful lot closer to his hometown than any of the SEC schools. About an hour and a half flight (probable direct to most of the BE cities from nearby Toronto) or an 8 hour drive, give or take about 15 minutes, from home to 8 of the 10 BE schools. Lots of opportunities for a quick trip to watch him play (not as easy going to SEC country, with only a few being located in cities that probably have non-stop flights to Toronto.

Where does this kid actually play now, as different scouting websites have him in different schools - is he at Royal Crown International school in Ontario Canada, or AZ Compass in the Phoenix metro area? His Twitter feed seems to indicate AZ Compass, but when you go to that school’s BB website, he is not listed on the roster. When you look at older stories on him, he is in Huntington Prep, WV. Anyone know his latest school?
