Tweet today by a TCU writer indicated that Milliken would decide between Creighton and TCU and announce his decision on Tuesday.

Curious how this fits in with our pursuit of Carter, Milliken is a good get but Carter is a game changer and I doubt he decides by Tuesday.

Until such time as Carter indicates that he will even visit Creighton, I'd say that the two things are not connected at all.

I'm mixed on Milliken, seems like a good player but will he make a huge impact next year? Not sold, seems like his strong point is shooting but we have plenty of shooters already, can he create his own shot against the Big East? Our biggest hole is the wing but at 6'2, he'd be a very undersized wing. We have plenty of players at the 2 already. If we don't get him, we can save the scholie for 2014 for which we currently have no openings but seem to be recruiting alot of 2014 players or give it to Edwards if he wants it. After next year, we will have big holes to fill and need an impact player.
