Well, IF we were able to land Watson/ Robinson, McQuaid and Clarke along with Patton that would exceed 2014 IMO. But that's a huge if. Probably a top 20 class
I'd venture to guess that would be closer to a top 15 class this year. That would be two top 100 players and two top 50's. On 247Sports class calculator, you can see what the ranking would be if you added certain players. If we added the group you named above, that would have been the #18 class in the country last year. And 247 hasn't updated Justin's rating to reflect Scout's bump.
2014 could end up being the class that sets the bar for us, but there are three transfers in the fold, so I certainly look at that differently. No matter the quality of the players, I think from a fan perspective landing a group of highly ranked HS players has more "wow" factor than mixing in transfers does, even if adding transfers is a more stable approach at times since they've already proved themselves at the college level.
