I think we all got bored with the drama and it was a forgone conclusion he wasn't coming to Creighton anyway. It is probably for the best. To transfer from one school to commit to a different school where you technically didn't talk to the coaching staff at all in person just doesn't sound like a wise decision. So either there was some contact illegally or he isn't the one really making the decision on where he ultimately was headed. Looking back at things now, the whole thing from the beginning is just odd through the whole process. I probably now understand a little better why Bo Ryan was pissed in the first place.

While it seems he did drag things out unnecessarily, I can actually respect his decision. It seems he simply wanted to transfer to Iowa. Whether that d-bag Johnson had anything to do with the decision, I don't know, but Uthoff knew where he wanted to go, and all the restrictions weren't going to stop him from going somewhere he thinks he'll be happy. He has to pay his own way for Christ's sake, when he could have gotten a scholarship to any number of very good basketball/academic schools. I can respect that.

Agree sick of the crap. I do not know how our coaches deal with this shit day in and day out. Sorry but what a douche. Allowing the AAU coach to go on a rivals road show acting as a spokesman. Playing the victom card at Wisconsin. Saying you are making an informed decsion that you didn't make the first time and then you end up at Iowa? Pay his own way? He will get an academic of some sort. I'm not bitter at him going to Iowa at all, its the stiupid games he and his family played that get so old. If he thinks he made a mistake and wanted to go to Iowa all along fine, then say so and move on. But he was a attention grabbing whore douche instead. Him and the Souis City kid should be perfect for each other. Dead to me. Nice program.

This is why I absolutely don't respect his decision and think he's a total dickhead. He absolutely wasn't going to Creighton. He was not going to Iowa State. Don't waste those school's time then and let them put their effort elsewhere. If he wants to pay his own way at Iowa, and he just left Wisconsin and then went and did just that, then I'd respect the decision. But to drag your old coach through the mud, to have your AAU coach make up stupid shirts, and then to lead two coaching staffs on when you knew they didn't have a chance? Well, you're a douche.

C'mon Guys! We all, well many of us, knew Jarrod wasn't gonna come to the Hilltop. Some
suspected this BCS dance from the beginning. It's over. Goodbye and good luck to him.

Let's be civil. Having said that, I agree that putting at least 2 schools through a re-recruiting
dance, possibly getting their respective hopes up - at landing a prospective good player, is cold blooded.
I agree that his camp probably had their choice from the beginning, so putting ISU & CU through the
process was pointless - other than wasting time.

Moving on - to borrow the saying.
C'mon Andrew Chrabascz, Tory Miller, and Toby Hegner...taking the first 2 out of 3.
