Hell. the '23 recruits are falling like autumn leaves: Estrella, Watson, Power... who's next?

Would be nice to snag another recruit about now. Of the 29 offers on 247's CU offer talley 15 remain open (incl 2 PGs-which we now don't need).
Ctr: 5 open offers, PF: 3 open offers, SF: 2 open offers. This may be another year snagging late commits (May-July '23 window).

My take: swing and miss on all 23s outside Dotzler. Look for max effort on transfers in the spring. Jays are dead in the water for 2023 high schoolers unless some unknown foreign player is being courted.

Move along, nothing to see here.

According to 247 Hoops(HS) - “2023 F Kachi Nzeh told me he’s committed to Xavier.”

Boy, this class sure feels like the class a few years ago when the Jays got Reef who was ranked in the 200s like Dotzler this year and then took a late flier on Windham who was rated in the 300s and proved that to be an accurate rating.

Hope the coaches just concentrate on 2024 which is going well and plugging holes with transfers in the Spring. Don’t bother with fliers on frosh in the age of transfers.

2023 Class pretty much a wrap. Maybe a late snag after the season? Hitting the portal hard after current players decisions are made. However, I don't think anyone is a for sure lock for the draft. Could see 0-4 starters leaving. Probably at least 1 transfer from our bench.

Is it pretty safe to assume none of the starters would consider transferring? I know nothing's a guarantee, but I feel like all of them are either stay or NBA.
