D3- Good team basketball. Decent athletes. Good skill level. NAIA with slightly better athletes and players.
JUCO- High ceiling. Very low floor. There’s really good teams with D1 athletes. There’s very bad teams with D1 athletes who don’t know how to play the game. I watched Northeast who is an average JUCO D2 team and they lost to Morningside (NAIA D2) JV in a regular season game. With JUCO, you just don’t know what you’re gonna get night in and night out.
