Interesting poll question. I think about this everyday sadly.

I say we land Waters and miss on Tugs. Have an extra scholarship for a bit and maybe get someone later this summer or in the winter break.

Whatever happens this has been one stressful recruiting cycle. Usually gearing up for summer league at this point. Will be happy with anything but leaving the ships unfilled. That would definitely leave a bad taste til November

Putting a positive spin on things, in our worst case scenario, we have Alexander, Ballock, Suarez, Epperson and future NBA HOF'er Sam Dunkum committed to this team. That's a very solid class.

Hopefully Waters, Bowen, Gresham and Jarreau decide soon so we can transition into my favorite contentious discussion of the offseason. Who is redshirting?

I wonder we decide to cut loose on Tugs if Waters passes, then try to land the Mass Duo.

I personally think Waters would be the highest impact guy of this bunch, but if he doesn't commit, then we would potentially have the chance to land a PG and a PF for 2018/19 after the transfer. Both would be older and more mature, and could be an excellent fit

It's me, so I went with landing both Tugs & Waters, for the record. While I like the NOLA guys, & both have good upside, I'd take the 2 open scholies and load up in '18. We are in on several recruits:

PGs Ayo, Dotson, and Embry;
SGs Horton-Tucker & Watson;
SFs Bishop, Swider, & Little;
PFs Johns, Steere, & Chang;
Ctr's Cockburn, Heiman,& Lorng

We could snag an '18 PG, 2SFs, and a couple of PF/Cs in that class. Really like to snag Bishop, Swider, & Johns.

If we get Tugs/Waters, we still have shots for 3/4 (Tugs 1nD) - 1 SF, 1PF, 1Ctr, maybe another Wing or PF.

If we take the Nola duo, we still have shots for 3 in 2018 - 1 PG, 1 SF, 1 Ctr, but I'd rather get 5 in 2018.

My picks: Ayo or Embry
Bishop & Swider
Johns
Heiman

2018 potential lineup:

Epp/Heiman
Harrell/Johns/Martin
Mitch/Bishop/Swider
Khyri/Ty-Shon
Kaleb/Davion/Ayo or Keyshawn

Talent everywhere, wow.

I voted 2 scholarships left open and don't be surprised if Dunkum gets 1 of them 2nd semester if he earns it which is possible but not predicted.
