Seems like a solid 4 star currently in top 50 of 2018 on most ranking services. However, like in many other instances in the past, CU not even noted as having interest. Lot of buzz about Louisville and UConn offering in the local New England recruiting sites. Is this one of those make an offer to make one and see what happens later, or do we have any actual shot at this guy at this time?

I can only assume that they threw him an offer and said "Meh, we'll see what happens." No reason to offer top 50 kids other than for shits and giggles!
