“Creighton is another school that gained momentum relatively fast with the move of Coach Ryan Miller, with who I have created a great relationship with. The style of play, player development, and winning basketball culture really stand out about Creighton. Over the years they have had a lot of success with crafty, high IQ lead guards like Marcus Zeg. Their style of play gives their players a lot of space to create and make plays for each other which is a system I see myself thriving in. Also, Creighton has really evolved into a powerhouse program that will compete for championships in the years to come. Lastly, Coach McDermott has created a great player development system that gives their players the resources and opportunity to get better and achieve their goals.”

Very high praise. I can't think of a better way to describe what Mac and the program have been trying to build here.
And he looks like he'd fit in perfectly. Some of the crafty moves and patience he shows are mature beyond his years and reminds me of what Marcus would do

Good thing we've got 4 spots now, as this kid seems like the one who will commit early to nail down a scholie. Will be interesting
to watch his potential progression.
FYI Richard Isaacs Jr., Wasatch Acad, UT, #23 on 247.com visits the Hilltop on the 9th. According to the posts here, he too is
high on Creighton. Will the staff take 2 PGs?

I think we have to stop defining guys as "point guards" only. We play basically position-less basketball. We like to have two ball handlers on the court at once. Someone like Shtolzberg and Issacs could play together at the same time. Issacs is probably more of a scorer than a pure PG anyways

https://n.rivals.com/content/prospects/2022/ben-shtolzberg-271087Jays are his best offer, by a wide margin. Then Rutgers. Most of his offers are low Majors and Midmajors. Hmmm. Not in the Top 250 on Rivals, No rankings of any sort-anywhere. Perhaps he has potentials, but is the definite outlier on our list of recruits.
Walk-on perhaps?
