@GravettMatt: Desure Buie tells me that Creighton, Saint Louis, Minnesota, and Florida are among the schools recruiting him the hardest.

Newer story out there ($$) saying he is looking to schedule an official to CU in September. We are his "biggest name" school among his favorites.

Down to Creighton, St. Louis, Seton Hall, Hofstra and Manhattan.

Beatable four. If we don't get Hudson or Robinson, we could (and should) be able to get him. It will be interesting to see what happens if he visits before those two.

New story out indicating that Georgetown will be in to check out Buie.

That's actually a positive sign in terms of him being a legitimate high major prospect. Seton Hall, Georgetown, and Creighton are all involved now. I'd like to think that since he named his final five last week, and Georgetown is so late to the party, that he'd stick with the original five, but I know that's not realistic. If Georgetown offers, I'd assume they are right up there with Seton Hall and Creighton.
The thing that's most interesting is that Georgetown has had to have seen Buie play a bunch of times already as he's on the same HS team as Jessie Govan, one of their 2015 commits.

Georgetown and a lot of the other big name teams consistently slow play kids to keep a warm backup plan for their recruiting. For some kids it works -- they just care that Georgetown is "interested"... other kids realize they are second, third, or later on the list and walk away.
If he's on the same team as one of their current commits, they've seen him play more times than I could count and it's pretty obvious they are keeping him warm as a backup plan. Hopefully he realizes that
