2013 PG John Dawson (Marquette Verbal Commit)

Creighton showing interest to one of the quickest rising prospects in the southwest, 6'4'' PG John Dawson. Dawson has offers from UTEP, Colorado, Colorado St., Texas Tech, Baylor, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Santa Clara. It seems clear with Riley, Wes Clark and now Dawson that the staff would not mind taking a PG in this class.

Getting some height at the point is a game-changer, especially if this team wants to keep pushing tempo and running. Not to mention defensively.

6'4" PG is pretty different than a 6'1" PG.

Here is an example of a recruiting service that has scouted Dawson. Future150 is an extremely reliable site, and they rank him in their top 100 players for 2013. Dawson's extremely good.
